Cleaning Compliance Tenders

Submissions must be lodged by the deadline, which is 4:00 PM WAST on July 17, 2026. he deadline for this request is nominated on the front cover of this document.

The contract may be awarded to a single tenderer who best demonstrates the ability to provide quality products and or services at a competitive price. The principal has adopted the best value for money approach to this request.

Tenderers must be qualified and experienced contractors. he services of a qualified and experienced contractor for the routine inspection and servicing of five (5) commercial lifts

Responses may be rejected if submitted after the deadline, not submitted at the specified place, or if the tenderer does not submit a completed and signed offer form with all required attachments. a response will be rejected without consideration of its merits in the event that: it is submitted after the deadline

The tender closes on Friday, 29 May 2026, at 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

Tenderers must be suitably qualified.

Liquidated damages are set at $500 per day.

The tender closing date and time is 12 noon on Thursday, 4th June 2026. The commencement date for the contract shall be 1st August 2026, and the contract duration is three years, ending on 31st July 2029.

The bid notice states that payment will be made monthly following submission of an invoice by the appointed contractor. Each monthly invoice shall be one-twelfth (1/12) of the amount tendered in Schedule C Schedule of Rates, plus any call-ins.

Council reserves the right to terminate this contract without regard to the minimum notice period referred to under contract duration section, in the event that a complaint may not be resolved.

The bid notice states that the public toilet facilities are available for inspection at the tenderer's own reconnaissance access times as per Schedule A. Inspections of the GRC works depot are by arrangement only and available Monday to Friday between 9am and 12 noon.
