The contract is for routine and reactive air-conditioning services, including servicing, repairs, asset replacement, and refrigerant recovery for Kununurra and Wyndham landfills. The contract duration is three years with two 12-month extension options. The preferred commencement date is 10 August 2026. Invoices are to be emailed to ***@***. *. * and payments will be made via EFT within 20 business days of invoice issue. The contractor must comply with WHS laws, environmental regulations, and modern slavery laws. Subcontractors must also comply with contract obligations. The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley is the procuring agency.
Invoices are to be emailed to ***@***. *. * and must reference the applicable order number, the WALGA contract number and the Shire's contract reference if assigned. Payments to the contractor shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) within 20 business days of issue to the principal.
The contractor warrants throughout the contract period that it holds and will maintain all licences, permits, registrations, accreditations and qualifications required to perform the services, will ensure all services are performed with due care, skill and diligence in accordance with good industry practice, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes and Australian standards and by appropriately trained and competent personnel, will ensure all refrigerant handling activities are undertaken in accordance with applicable environmental and licensing requirements and will ensure all information and reports provided to the principal are accurate and complete.
The contractor must ensure that all personnel engaged in the services are appropriately licensed, qualified and competent, act professionally and courteously when attending principal properties and wear suitable identification, PPE and appropriate work attire.
A material breach of the modern slavery clause constitutes a substantial breach of contract.
