The tenderer must complete and lodge specific schedules (e. g. , indigenous procurement policy, financial, WHS accreditation scheme, environmentally sustainable procurement, Australian skills guarantee) in separate files. The tenderer must provide details set out in the tender form and execute the form with a person or persons with full authority to bind the tenderer.
