The Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) is seeking proposals for the design, development, and delivery of a Virtual Work Experience (VWE) program. This program aims to support ASD's recruitment objectives and national cyber workforce growth by raising awareness of ASD as an employer of choice, showcasing career pathways, and highlighting its unique work environment. The VWE program will be externally hosted but accessible via the ASD website, operating across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. It will provide an immersive, scenario-based, day in the life learning experience. Key requirements include compatibility with major web browsers, accessibility and inclusion compliance, and robust data security. The proposed contract term is 3 years and 3 months, with a proposed start date of November 2, 2026. Responses are due by August 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM ACT local time, and must be lodged electronically via Austender. No industry briefing or site inspection is scheduled.
The ATM closing date is Wednesday, 26 August 2026, at 3:00 PM ACT local time. The proposed contract start date is Monday, 2 November 2026, with a contract term of 3 years and 3 months.
If both parties can deliver and receive e-invoices via the Peppol framework, payment will be made within five (5) calendar days of receiving a correctly rendered invoice. Otherwise, payment will be made within twenty (20) calendar days.
The customer will evaluate all valid responses to determine which potential supplier has proposed the best value for money outcome for the customer.
Potential suppliers must demonstrate compliance with integration and interoperability, accessibility and inclusion (WGEA Act ****), and data security and privacy (APP, PSPF) requirements.
Unless otherwise notified by an addendum, there are no site inspections for this ATM.
Questions will be permitted up until five calendar days prior to the ATM closing date.
The customer will exclude from participation any potential supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with integration and interoperability, accessibility and inclusion, and data security and privacy requirements.
