Kitchen Design Tenders

Tenders must be lodged by Monday, 29 June 2026, at 10:00 am. closing date: monday 29 june 2026 and time 10: 00am.

Tenders will be evaluated based on proven capacity to perform, methodology, schedule, WHS qualifications, personnel experience, subcontractor experience, response to modern slavery and environmental checklists, and tender price. he evaluation criteria checked below will apply in no particular order to this rft: proven capacity to perform and complete the contract based on past performance including capacity to meet current commitments methodology and schedule level of compliance with the proposed contract work health safety qualifications and experience of key personnel qualifications and experience of key subcontractors response to the modern slavery act checklist response to the environmental, social, local and aboriginal torres strait islander checklist value represented by each tender taking into consideration: tender price andoverall assessment of other criteria.

A mandatory project briefing is scheduled for Tuesday, 9 June 2026, at 10:00 am at Birchgrove Oval. mandatory: yesif left blank no project briefing is required.

Supplier queries must be submitted by Tuesday, 23 June 2026, 09:00 pm E. South America Standard Time. supplier query cutoff tuesday 23 june 2026 09: 00 pm e. south america standard time.

Failure to attend a mandatory project briefing will automatically disqualify the tender. Incomplete tenders may also be disqualified. failure by a respondent to attend a mandatory project briefing shall automatically disqualify its tender.

The project must be completed by Friday, 29 May 2027, to meet existing funding agreement conditions. his project in its entirety is to be completed before friday the 29th may 2027 to enable rcc to meet existing funding agreement conditions.

Tenders will be evaluated based on weighted criteria including local business and benefit (15%), tendered sum (35%), experience and operational capability (30%), and program of works/commissioning program (20%). he weighted criteria will be assessed and considered as part of the weighting tender evaluation process.

Tenderers must have the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to provide the goods and/or services sought. The project in its entirety is to be completed before Friday the 29th of May 2027, to enable RCC to meet existing funding agreement conditions.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria: Local business and benefit (15%), Tendered sum (35%), Experience and operational capability (30%), and Program of works/commissioning program (20%).

Tenderers must provide all information required by the attachments in Section B Returnable Schedule Attachments, a statement of noncompliance if applicable, details of any special conditions, and detail how the tender meets the requirements of the specifications and evaluation criteria.

To assist tenderers in preparing their tenders, an inspection of the site is highly recommended. Site visits are at the tenderer's discretion.
