The territory will evaluate the supplier against the following weighted evaluation criteria, with regard to the weights specified below: 5 rft **** table 2: weighted evaluation criteria weighting no. weighted evaluation criteria 100 per cent wc1 technical requirements 50 wc2 timeframes and support services 15 wc3 corporate experience and past performance 10 wc4 organisational and technical capability and capacity 15 local industry participation economic contribution test wc5 10

To be eligible, the applicant must be prequalified under the whole of government professional services preferred supplier panel arrangement no: ****.

TMR may exclude an applicant or cease to consider an application if the process may be jeopardised or there is a failure to comply with requirements.

Offers must be lodged by 5pm queensland standard time on monday 5 october 2026.

The supplier warrants that it will provide warranty coverage that meets the minimum warranty requirements specified.

The criteria against which the suppliers offer will be evaluated includes: mandatory criteria a warrant suppliers to adhere to the queensland government supplier code of conduct.

Mandatory criteria include holding statutory and regulatory approvals, licences and registrations required to lawfully supply, deliver, install, commission, maintain and support the goods and or services.

The evaluation process may also involve discussions with suppliers, reference, financial and corporate checks, a demonstration from shortlisted suppliers and or site visit.

The closing date for questions is thursday 1 october 2026.

Any supplier offer that has demonstrated a failure in capability or capacity to meet the customers requirements for any evaluation criterion, may be set aside from further evaluation.
