Late submissions will not be accepted. Evaluation criteria include capability, capacity, economic, environmental, social, and Indigenous opportunities, as well as price/value. Successful tenderers will be approved as prequalified contractors prior to commencing work. All costs associated with tendering are the responsibility of the tenderer.
