This is an Approach to Market (ATM) for the provision of Nuclear Medicine Manufacturing Program (NMMP) Scheduler and Risk Manager services by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). The supplier will provide independent planning, scheduling, and risk management services to support the NMMP delivery. Key responsibilities include managing the integrated master schedule, schedule management plan, risk management plan, and centralised risk register. The services require embedded scheduler and risk manager resources to be co-located at Lucas Heights, NSW. Offers must be submitted electronically via Austender. The contract may be awarded to one supplier for both roles or two separate contracts. Evaluation criteria include weighted criteria for Tenderer's Team (40%), Tenderer's Relevant Experience (30%), and Scope Appreciation and Methodology (30%), as well as unweighted criteria for Insurance, Departures and Particulars, Quality and Security Risk, and Pricing.
The closing date for the Request for Tender (RFT) stage is 13 April 2026, at 4:00 PM AEDT, as stated in the timetable: closing date for rft stage via austender, 4pm ****.
Offers will be assessed on the basis of value for money consistent with Commonwealth procurement policies, the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, the terms of the ATM and the evaluation criteria. ANSTO is not obliged to accept the lowest priced offer and price is not the sole factor when assessing value for money.
Suppliers must be a legal entity capable of entering into the contract, not participate in more than one offer for the services (directly or through a related entity), attend the mandatory online industry briefing, and comply with the threshold evaluation criteria.
ANSTO may undertake a visit to some or all suppliers' sites as part of its evaluation process. Reasonable notice will be provided to a supplier of any proposed site visit. Failure by any supplier to agree to a site visit may result in its offer being excluded from further consideration.
Some or all suppliers may be required to provide samples for inspection or testing by ANSTO. The requirements, if any, for supplier presentations, interviews, site visits or samples will be notified to the relevant suppliers by ANSTO after the closing time.
