The Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking an experienced Delivery Scheduler to support detailed project scheduling, controls reporting, and interface coordination for active rail infrastructure projects. The role involves collecting, developing, and maintaining project schedules and resources within Primavera P6, providing schedule performance analysis and forecasting, and supporting schedule risk identification. The consultant must demonstrate strong proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. The contract duration is from 22/06/2026 to 30/06/2027, with extension options. Offers must be submitted via Vendor Panel by 10 am on 25 May 2026. Mandatory compliance with insurance requirements and conditions of contract is required. The contract start date is 22/06/2026 and the end contract date is 30/06/2027.
The supplier shall invoice for the previous month's actual hours performed in the first working week of each month. Invoices must be submitted directly to ***@***. *. * with a copy to the contract manager by email.
The evaluation criteria include relevant skills, experience, knowledge and availability of nominated offeror, approach to delivering the service including methodology and program, approach to stakeholder engagement, local benefits, and value for money.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in infrastructure project scheduling, preferably rail, strong understanding of project lifecycle controls, experience managing complex stakeholder environments, ability to interpret contractor programs and challenge assumptions, high attention to detail and strong analytical capability, strong communication skills, and knowledge transfer capability.
The contractor may be required to attend progress meetings with other contractors, undertake site visits and attend key stakeholder discussions.
