The award will be based on a combination of qualitative criteria (40% quality, safety, durability, performance; 30% economic and social benefits) and price (30%).

Suppliers must demonstrate proven organizational capability and capacity to store, supply, and deliver the required items, including associated training and support.

Tenderers may be asked to provide samples of the product, which must be free of charge and will become the property of the principal.
