A site visit is a prerequisite to submission and consideration of a bid. The briefing session will be held on 25 February 2026 at 01:00 PM at the Wodonga Renal Dialysis Service and Albury Base Hospital.

If the supplier does not deliver the services in accordance with the contract, the principal may elect to terminate the delivery of any services that have not been delivered, and the supplier may be liable for any loss suffered by the principal.

A potential supplier must not inspect a site or sites relevant to the delivery of the supplies except in accordance with a site inspection arranged by the potential supplier with the contact officer.

As part of the tender evaluation process, the department may request samples from the tenderer for each product offered, and sample products must not be provided until a written request is received from the contact officer.

The supplier warrants that all representations, declarations, statements, information and documents made or provided by the supplier including its representatives in connection with the rfi process are complete, accurate, uptodate and not misleading in any way.

The customer may request some or all suppliers to conduct site visits.

The RFI closing date and time for responses is aest 2: 00pm wednesday, 18 march 2026.

The bid notice states efurbishment works for the expansion are expected to commence in june 2026 and be completed in january 2027.
