The tenderer is requested to provide the times for submission of payment claims for the purposes of clause 11. 2a of the conditions of contract in part5 as follows: times for submission of payment claims monthly on the 15th day of each month.
The commonwealth will apply the following evaluation criteria: project understanding 50 weighting, workload and proposed resources 15 weighting, previous performance 15 weighting, program 20 weighting, indigenous procurement policy no weighting, commonwealth procurement rules compliance no weighting, financial no weighting, alternative proposals if any no weighting, miscellaneous matters for evaluation no weighting, and information security no weighting.
The conditions for participation applicable to this tender process are that the tenderer must: 1. complete and return the signed disclaimer and confidentiality agreement. 2. complete and sign the tender form.
The tenderer is requested to provide its maximum amount of delay damages for the purposes of clause 9. 6 of the conditions of contract in part5 together with a breakdown as to how the relevant amount has been calculated as follows: if there are no stages, the maximum delay damages for the works insert per working day.
A mandatory industry briefing will be held on 12 December 2025 at Palmer Barracks, Beavis Dr, South Guildford WA **** must register and complete the national base induction prior to attendance.
