They must not have a judicial decision against them relating to employee entitlements and not have paid the claim. They must not be named on the consolidated list of persons and entities subject to targeted financial sanctions or travel bans under Australian sanction laws. A satisfactory and valid statement of tax records (STR) is required. If the total value of any proposed subcontract is expected to be equal to or above AUD 4 million inclusive of GST, a separate STR for that subcontractor is also required. The Pilot Deployments Program (PDP) seeks a panel of intervention production and deployment providers for a three-year period.
