Confidentiality Tenders

The RFT closing date is 4pm 8 October 2026.

The tenderer must have returned a properly executed a deed of confidentiality to the afp in accordance with this rft and the tenderer holds all valid and satisfactory statement of tax record required for its entity type.

The afp has the absolute discretion to withhold, refuse or delay access to the rft documents where, in the afps opinion, the tenderers deed of confidentiality or other information provided by the tenderer is incomplete, insufficient, inaccurate, or otherwise gives rise to afp concerns regarding the suitability of granting access to the rft documents.

Only tenderers prequalified at prequalification level B2 and F2 at the time of closing of tenders will be eligible to tender on this contract.

All tenderers must attend a mandatory site visit during the tender period in order to see: a. the site constraints, to determine where they would set up their ewps during the works b. the access constraints of the barrier elements to be coated.

Only tenderers prequalified at b3 and f5 or above at the time of tender closing are eligible to tender for this contract.

All tenderers must attend a mandatory site inspection during the tender period to review: a. site constraints, including suitable locations for ewp setup during the works. access constraints associated with the pier coating works and concrete viaduct repairs.

The territory will evaluate responses against the evaluation criteria specified below to determine which represent the best value for money as defined in the government procurement act ****.

Relevant experience, skills and past performance of the head consultant, and proposed subconsultants, on similar projects completed in the last five years.
