Campground Tenders

The evaluation panel will review submissions against the following criteria: relevant experience operating caravan parks, recreational, hospitality or similar facilities, demonstrated ability to provide suitably qualified staff, proposed management and operational approach, financial proposal, local knowledge and community benefit.

Applicants must provide supporting information including business experience, proposed staffing, and qualifications, and must hold public liability insurance with a minimum cover of 20 million.

Repeated noncompliance or serious breaches may result in suspension or termination of the agreement in accordance with the management agreement.

Council may exclude a respondent from further consideration where it considers that improper conduct, collusion or an undeclared or unresolved conflict of interest has occurred.
