Additional information documents may be issued by the tender administrator prior to the closing date and time. The tenderer must provide details in the tender form and statutory declaration, and execute the form with appropriate authority. The tender must be in separate, standalone, unsecured electronic files, in the specified format, and not exceed the file size limit. The tenderer must comply with all relevant clauses, including those related to joint bids, restrictions on personnel, conflict of interest, use of tenders, improper or unlawful conduct, commonwealth policies, indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, and financial viability. The tenderer must provide clarification or authentication of material if requested. The commonwealth may conduct industry briefings and meetings with tenderers before and after the closing date and time. The commonwealth is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender. A debrief may be provided if requested within 14 days of the tender acceptance or notification of non-conformance. No payment will be made for costs, expenses, losses, damages, or liabilities incurred during the tender process. The tenderer must warrant that they are not aware of any strategic notice event. Local industry participation is expected. Indigenous procurement policy applies, and the tenderer must complete relevant schedules. WHS accreditation scheme requirements apply, and the tenderer must complete the relevant schedule. The tenderer must comply with the Australian privacy principles and workplace gender equality procurement principles. Employee entitlements and financial viability requirements apply. The tenderer must provide a solvency statement and financial information if requested.
