Dispute Tenders

The bid notice states potential suppliers must be registered, or eligible to be registered, under the national mediator accreditation scheme in order to be appointed to the panel and to be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract with the principal for the supply of the services.

If the city is to hold briefing sessions site inspections, the locations, dates and times will be specified in tender closing time and lodgement details, item 1 of this part 1 conditions of tendering. a tenderer must attend the briefing session if it is specified as mandatory. if a tenderer fails to attend a mandatory briefing session, the city may, unless there are extenuating circumstances, may disqualify the tenderer from further participating in the process.
