Tamworth Regional Council is seeking quotations for investigations and multidisciplinary design services for the relining of three ponds and one dam in the Botanic Gardens. The engagement aims to deliver a tender-ready design package for future construction procurement. Scope includes site inspections, surveys, geotechnical investigations, liner methodology recommendations, civil and earthworks design, and preparation of detailed drawings and specifications. Submissions will be evaluated based on fee, experience, understanding of scope, team capability, and submission completeness. Construction works are not currently funded. Council agrees to pay the supplier within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of an invoice by council, unless otherwise specified in the purchase order. council will pay the supplier within the agreed terms of payment with the supplier.

Submissions may be evaluated against: lump sum fee and value for money (40%), relevant experience (25%), demonstrated understanding of scope and methodology (20%), team capability (10%), and submission completeness (5%).
Consultants must be suitably qualified to undertake investigations and multidisciplinary design services for the proposed relining and associated civil works.
If the supplier breaches a term of the agreement and fails to remedy it within 14 days, or breaches a term incapable of remedy, council may terminate the agreement.

Failure to remedy a breach within 14 days of notice, or breaching a term incapable of remedy, may lead to termination.
