Gas Equipment Tenders

The contract is intended to commence services by 5 August 2026.

The supplier must provide a tax invoice at a frequency nominated by council. Payment is subject to the terms and conditions of the contract, with claims made at the frequency specified in schedule 1, item 9.

The contractor warrants that it has the necessary skills, experience, qualifications, resources, capacity, and know-how to provide the goods/services and that any goods will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.

Quotes will be evaluated by a combination of price and non-price criteria, including mandatory criteria and qualitative criteria such as profile, experience, quality of resources, delivery plan, and value for money.

Respondents must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), substantial conformance with conditions of contract, workers compensation insurance, hold or be able to obtain specified insurances, and demonstrate satisfactory work health and safety and environmental practices.

If the contractor fails to rectify serious breaches within 30 days of receiving a notice, the principal may terminate the contract. The principal may also recover losses and sums paid for undelivered goods/services.

Supplier queries must be submitted by Wednesday 24 June 2026, 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.

Quotes may be excluded if they are late, incomplete, contain unreadable or incompatible files, or are believed to contain viruses or malicious code. Failure to comply with WHS, environmental practices, or ethical requirements may also lead to disqualification.

The closing date for submissions is Friday 24 July 2026 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.

A requirement exists to appoint n. a. t. a. registered laboratories.

The estimated commencement date for services is 5 August 2026.

Respondents must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), substantial conformance with conditions of contract and the brief, workers compensation insurance for all employees, hold or be able to obtain specified insurances, and demonstrate satisfactory work health and safety and environmental management practices.

If the contractor fails to rectify serious breaches within 30 days of receiving a notice in writing from council's representative, the principal may terminate the contract immediately.

Late quotes, incomplete quotes, quotes with unreadable electronic files, or quotes believed to contain viruses or malicious code will be excluded from evaluation. Failure to comply with insurance obligations may result in withholding payment.
