The consultant warrants that provided data does not infringe intellectual property rights and has procured necessary licenses. any data, information and documentation that the consultant provides as part of the contract does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person

The assessment is based on a rating method, with Criterion 1 (Cost) weighted at 35%, Criterion 2 (Experience) at 35%, and Criterion 3 (Service Provision) at 30%. criterion 1 cost of councils requirements 35 weighting 1.

Respondents must address all assessment criteria, and WHS performance is a mandatory precondition for participation. this is a mandatory precondition to participation in the quotation process.

A respondent may be disqualified if they engage in prohibited conduct, such as canvassing council staff or councillors. The quotation response of any respondent who engages in conduct prohibited under this condition may, at the chief executive officers discretion, be disqualified from the quotation assessment process.
