The services are expected to commence on 27 April 2026.

The evaluation criteria include mandatory criteria such as ability to satisfy business requirements, compliance with NSW procurement policies and legislation, financial stability, and prequalification as an advanced supplier on the ICT Services Scheme. General criteria include ability to meet detailed requirements, capacity to meet service levels, proposed methodology, customer data security and privacy, SME participation, and support for government priorities. Price will account for 30% of the total evaluation score, and non-price criteria will account for 70%.

Tenderers must be prequalified as an advanced supplier on the ICT Services Scheme in category M02 Custom Application Development including Delivery as Service prior to the close of the RFT.
