The tender seeks an assessment of the feasibility of a common user processing facility (CUPF) for critical minerals in Tasmania. The closing date for lodging a tender is 2:00 PM Hobart time on Wednesday, 29 October 2025. The contract period is from the date of the contract until May 15, 2026. The tenderer must provide an economic and social benefits statement as part of their tender. The principal reserves the right to negotiate the contract terms and conditions. The service period applicable to the supply of the services is: from the date of the contract, until 15 May 2026, or any later date, approved, in writing, by the principal.
The contract sum is payable by instalments as follows: instalment 1: upon completion and delivery of the interim report as defined in the specification to the satisfaction of the principal, an instalment equal to 50 of the contract sum. instalment 2: upon completion and delivery of the report as defined in the specification to the satisfaction of the principal, an instalment equal to 50 of the contract sum.
The evaluation criteria include: methodology, experience and availability of staff, personnel and resources, timeliness, price, and economic and social benefits.
Tenderers must comply with the conditions for participation set out in part a, attachment 6 of the rft.
The tender is subject to an upper limit budget and must not exceed 340,**** ex gst.
