The intended outcome is one or more successful tenderers for the provision of the requirement under a panel arrangement. The proposed deed of standing offer term periods are up to five (5) years, with the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to five (5) years in total, in aggregate. The tender validity period is twelve (12) months after the closing time. An industry briefing is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM Canberra time on Microsoft Teams. Attendance is not compulsory. Tenderers must provide the name of the tenderer, contact details, and the names and contact details of no more than three persons who will be attending the briefing. The department may vary, supplement or clarify this rft at any time by issuing addenda. The department may require clarification of information contained in a tender. Tenderers must comply with all applicable laws and policies, including the Criminal Code Act ****, Crimes Act ****, and others. The successful tenderer must comply with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct, shadow economy policy, environmentally sustainable procurement policy, indigenous procurement policy, and workplace gender equality procurement principles. The department is required to comply with the commonwealth purchasing policy to encourage SMEs. An SME is an Australian or New Zealand entity with fewer than 200 full-time equivalent employees. The department aims to source at least 20% of its purchases from SMEs.
