The evaluation will consider the extent to which the offer satisfies the offered price and pricing requirements, and the value for money assessment.
Tenderers must provide acknowledgment that their organisation has submitted in accordance with the conditions of the RFT, pricing submitted in the required format, and copies of valid and current insurance certificates.
Liquidated damages are at a rate of **** per day based on potential losses associated with late completion.
