The tenderer must submit a completed and signed tenderers edata room confidentiality undertaking. All language must be in English. This is a request for tender (RFT) to engage additional builders to an existing panel of suitably qualified suppliers for residential construction projects in the Australian Capital Territory. Tenderers must be prequalified with the ACT to CB unrestricted and/or CB restricted and/or CR under the National Prequalification Scheme as at the date of close of tenders, and hold a Secure Local Jobs Code certificate as at the date of close of tenders. They must also submit a Labour Relations, Training and Workplace Equity Plan and evidence of a WHS Management System certified as compliant to current ASNZS standards or a certificate issued by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner.
