The works must be completed within the agreed contract period, subject to allowable extensions of time for inclement weather or other approved delays.

Provide a written warranty for workmanship along with any paint manufacturers warranty documentation where applicable.

In assessing quotes, the council will have regard to, but not necessarily be limited to, the following criteria: completion of the form of quote and price, compliance and conflict of interest, proposed methodology and timeframe, warranties and guarantees, local economic benefit, demonstrated experience and capability, certifications and insurance, and compliance with work health and safety requirements.

Respondents are requested to provide evidence regarding where staff, subcontractors, equipment, and material supplies are sourced.

The contractor must apply sample areas or test patches of each proposed colour on site for review and written approval before proceeding with full coat application.
