Best value for money. The successful supplier will have demonstrated its ability to provide the best value for the customer. This will not necessarily be the lowest price.

Must be an Australian business. The supplier must ensure that they are an Australian business for the purpose of paragraph 5. 4 of the commonwealth procurement rules.

No site inspections. Unless otherwise notified by an addendum, there are no site inspections for this atm.
