Suppliers must submit detailed invoices for completed works at the conclusion of the allocated treatments. All invoices will display the City's purchase order number. Chemical spray sheets must be supplied with invoices where applicable.

The principal has adopted a best value for money approach to this request. This means that, although price is considered, the offer containing the lowest price will not necessarily be accepted.

Any costs suffered by the City of Albany, contractors or subcontractors as a result of delays due to noncompliance shall be borne by the contractor.
