The supplier is to attach a project budget with a detailed breakdown of costs for each line item. If no discount is offered, the customer's standard payment terms of 30 days shall apply. If the supplier is a small business registered with the on-time payment small business register, payment terms are 20 days.
The supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anticompetitive or similar conduct in connection with the RFQ process, or any actual or potential contract with any entity for goods and services similar to the goods and services. The supplier also warrants that neither it nor its personnel have or are likely to have a conflict of interest in connection with this RFQ process, except as disclosed in the supplier's offer.
Quotes will be evaluated based on compliance with requirements, ability to meet timeframes, and cost and value for money. Specific evaluation criteria include supplier's ability and experience, project methodology and timeframes, ethical and culturally safe practices, and local benefits test.
Mandatory criteria include compliance with insurance requirements, adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct 2026, and compliance with any other mandatory requirements specified. The supplier must also demonstrate a zero tolerance to domestic and family violence and have a workplace response supporting employees affected by it.
The request for clarification cut-off date is 8 May 2026.
The customer may, in its absolute discretion, immediately disqualify a supplier from the RFQ process or terminate the contract if it believes the supplier has breached any warranty, including those related to anticompetitive conduct, conflict of interest, criminal organisations, or accuracy of information.
