The contract will start on 3 November 2025 and end on 18 December 2026, with a possible 6-month extension. Destination NSW may request the traffic contractor to provide implementation of hostile vehicle mitigation infrastructure. Respondents must demonstrate appropriate insurances (public and product liability insurance of no less than 20 million per event and professional indemnity insurance of no less than 10 million) and compliance with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in force relating to modern slavery.
