Offers will be evaluated against mandatory requirements and weighted comparative criteria including resource capability and availability (10%), organisation capacity (25%), methodology and quality management (25%), purposeful public procurement (10%), and cost (30%).
Providers must warrant that they comply with the Qld Government Supplier Code of Conduct and must not be suspended on the Queensland Government Procurement Assurance Portal.
