The tenderer shall be required to hold the licenses or registrations in order to perform the services under the contract.
If the concrete arrives at site with slump that does not meet the slump tolerance range specified under **** clause 5. 2. 3, council officer can send it away on supplier cost.
The last date for submission of any request for information by tenderers is Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 11:00 AM.
