Evaluation criteria include demonstrated experience in fulfilling the requirements of similar contracts to the 1 proposed contract upgrades to operating brownfield stps.

Respondents must be solvent and demonstrate financial viability. the respondent must be solvent at all times during the eoi process

Failure to attend the mandatory briefing will result in exclusion. a respondent that fails to attend this briefing will be excluded from the eoi process by council.

Payment will be made monthly in accordance with the mass certification and solids content verification requirements of this contract. payment will be made on the quantity of tonnes of biosolids, on a wet basis, removed for beneficial use or landfill if necessary on a monthly basis

Suppliers must ensure works hold any applicable licences and qualifications required to carry out the obligations of the contract. council mandates the following qualifications to be refreshed every two years: working at heights o enter and work in confined spaces

Major nonconformance requires the supplier to immediately stop work and not recommence until the matter is closed. if a verified major nonconformance is discovered by the supplier, principal, his agent, or any otherperson including the public or state government, etc, the supplier shall immediately stop work.

Tenders will be ranked based on schedule and design, experience, capability technical and financial value for money.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to perform the services required under the agreement.

A respondent may be disqualified from involvement if they solicit support for their tender by offering inducements or canvassing officials.
