The State of Queensland, through the Department of Housing and Public Works, is establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for arboriculture services in the North Queensland region. The SOA will be for a term of three years from the commencement date. Services will be supplied under purchase contracts, which may be initiated by a request for offer or an order. Suppliers must comply with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct and maintain necessary insurances, including public liability and professional indemnity where specified. The customer may terminate the SOA for breach of warranty. Information provided by the supplier is subject to disclosure under the Right to Information Act.
