No payment will be made for costs incurred in preparing a tender or during the tender process. Joint bids are possible, with requirements for joint and several liability. Restrictions apply on the use of personnel in tender preparation. Conflicts of interest must be disclosed. The Commonwealth may use the tender and related documents for various purposes. Commonwealth policies and requirements, including indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, and financial viability, apply. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the email address in the tender particulars. The Freedom of Information Act applies. The tenderer must comply with Australian privacy principles. Workplace gender equality procurement principles apply. Employee entitlements and financial viability requirements are outlined. The tenderer warrants that no strategic notice event is known at the time of lodging the tender. Local industry capability is expected, with requirements for a local industry capability plan for projects of a certain value. The tenderer must complete and lodge specific schedules (e. g. , indigenous procurement policy, WHS accreditation scheme, financial, etc. ) as required.
