The contract will terminate on Tuesday, 30 June 2026.

The customer will pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within five 5 calendar days after receiving it, or if this day is not a business day, on the next business day.

The customer will evaluate all valid responses received by the atm closing time that meet the minimum content and format requirements and the conditions for participation if any, to determine which potential supplier has proposed the best value for money outcome for the customer.

The potential suppliers response must comply with the matters addressed in a. b. 4. 2 of the commonwealth atm terms.

Where the customer fails to make a payment to the supplier by the business day it is due, the customer will pay the unpaid amount plus interest on the unpaid amount, provided the amount of interest payable under this clause exceeds a100.

Unless otherwise notified by an addendum, there are no site inspections for this atm.

Questions will be permitted up until 5: 00 pm thursday, 5 february 2026, act local time.

The contract is expected to commence on March 16, 2026, and continue until August 28, 2026. It is expected that the contracts for assessors will commence 16 march 2026 and continue until 28 august 2026.

Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of best value for money consistent with the cprs, in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out at clause 6. 6 and the terms of this atm.

Potential suppliers require experience leading or contributing to: environment or heritage policy, frameworks, reporting andor assessments in international, national or regional contexts incorporating western science and traditional ecological knowledge with cultural sensitivity and respect.

The closing time is 2:00 pm local time in the australian capital territory on 18 january 2026.

The bid notice states, it is expected that the contracts for assessors will commence 16 march 2026 and continue until 28 august 2026.
