The City of Greater Dandenong is seeking multiple contractors to form a parks and open space maintenance services panel. The panel will be broken down into separable services including landscape and civil maintenance, playground asset maintenance, electrical services, plumbing and irrigation services, fencing repairs, sports turf maintenance, and synthetic and acrylic surface maintenance. Safe work method statements (SWMS) are required for high-risk construction work. Regular audits of OHS practices will be conducted. Contractors must ensure staff have appropriate qualifications, experience, and licenses, and hold a current Working With Children Check if required. Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) must be provided. Equipment must be well-maintained and roadworthy. All worksites must be left clean and tidy. Storage of products/materials is the contractor's responsibility. Protection of works and assets is required, with contractors liable for any damage.
