The tenderer must complete a local industry capability plan if the project value is $7. 5 million or above. The tenderer must complete and lodge WHS accreditation scheme accreditation if applicable. The tenderer must comply with the requirements of the WHS accreditation scheme, including holding accreditation if carrying out the work. The tenderer must comply with the requirements of the Australian Skills Guarantee if applicable.
