If the contractor fails to reach practical completion by the date for practical completion, liquidated damages will apply at the rate stated in the annexure for every day after the date.

An onsite pre-tender site inspection is mandatory, scheduled for Wednesday, 29th July 2026, at 10:00 am at South Gisborne Tennis Courts. Registration to attend is required via Vendorpanel.

Any tenderer who directly or indirectly seeks to obtain an advantage by canvassing support from a councillor or member of council's staff, or a member of the evaluation panel, will be disqualified.

Practical completion of all works is expected by March 2026.

An onsite pre-tender site inspection is scheduled for Wednesday, 29th July 2026, at 10:00 am at South Gisborne Tennis Courts, 176 Millett Road, South Gisborne. Attendance must be registered via Vendorpanel.
