The initial term will be a 12-month subscription commencing when access to the service is granted to the customer. The customer may extend the subscription a subsequent 2 times for 12 months each.
Pricing and payment will be based on fixed pricing.
The evaluation criteria for this RFQ are: supplier capability and experience, quality of proposed solution offering, ability to meet customer requirements, technical support and service levels, and value for money (cost effectiveness ratio).
Suppliers must complete and submit Section 4 Suppliers Offer. Mandatory compliance criteria include compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, completion of conflict of interest and collusion declaration, and a zero-tolerance to domestic and family violence.
