The supplier's commercial offer should detail a fixed fee guaranteed fee, paid quarterly in advance, and a revenue share paid annually in arrears.

Suppliers are required to be in a stable financial position and provide evidence of their previous experience with similar arrangements. Insurances are also part of the compliance evaluation criteria.
