Tenders will be evaluated based on best value principals, with the following weighting: financial benefit to council (price) 50%, capability quality (technical capacity resources) 30%, collaborative approach 10%, and economic and social sustainability 10%.

The council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor. Tenderers must demonstrate their ability to provide and deliver the required goods/services/works, with a proven record in past and current contracts, innovative ideas, and provided information as detailed in Part D Tender Response.

The supplier query cutoff is 2:00 PM on 6 August 2026.

Tenderers may be disqualified for unauthorized communications, improper assistance from council employees, anticompetitive conduct, or failure to notify the council of a conflict of interest.
