Tenderers must be accredited, suitably licensed, and experienced locksmith service professionals. Successful tenderers will need to become approved prequalified contractors prior to providing services.

If a tenderer fails to attend a mandatory briefing session, the city may, unless there are extenuating circumstances, may disqualify the tenderer from further participating in the process.
