The council will evaluate tenders based on tendered prices, risk, environmental management systems, local economic benefit and social inclusion, relevant experience, staff resources, subcontractors, workload and capacity, and degree of compliance with RFT requirements.
Contractors shall have demonstrated capability in all aspects of project delivery for engineering services relating specifically to landfill design in accordance with current SA Environment Protection Act **** and relevant guidelines.
The council may conduct a site/industry briefing, and tenderers are not to treat any statements made at the briefing as variations to this RFT.
