Metro North Hospital and Health Service is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the supply and delivery of home parenteral nutrition, intravenous fluids, and associated equipment and consumables. Offers must be submitted electronically via the VendorPanel website by 2:00 PM Queensland time on Tuesday, 28th July 2026. The offer validity period is a minimum of 12 months. Mandatory requirements include ARTG certification for goods, conforming insurance, quality assurance certification, and compliance with the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct. Desirable criteria include delivery times, logistics, stock management, waste management, education, guarantees, warranties, and emergency planning. Site visits and briefing sessions will not be held.
Offers must be lodged by 2:00 PM Queensland time on Tuesday 28th July 2026.
Guarantees and warranties are a desirable evaluation criterion.
Offers will be evaluated based on mandatory requirements (ARTG certification, insurance, quality assurance, code of conduct compliance) and desirable criteria including delivery times, logistics, stock management, waste management, education, guarantees, warranties, and emergency planning, as well as clinical evaluation and price.
To be a conforming offer, it must satisfy all mandatory evaluation criteria, including ARTG certification for goods, evidence of conforming insurance documentation, evidence of quality assurance certification, and compliance with Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct.
MNHHS will not be holding site visits for this opportunity.

Any suppliers response that has demonstrated a failure in capability or capacity to meet the customers requirements for any evaluation criterion, may be considered a nonconforming offer.
