Completion by 17 December 2027. completion of all components of the works, including commissioning, is required by 17 December 2027.
Progress claims for completed work, 10% retention. progress claims may be submitted for works fully executed on site and a portion of each progress payment, equivalent to 10% of the value of work completed exclusive of GST, shall be retained by council.
12?month workmanship warranty. contractor is responsible to provide 12 months warranty on all workmanship from the date of the practical completion inspection.
Price, past performance, technical expertise, WHS, availability, local contractor. submissions will be assessed on the following criteria: tendered prices, past performance of respondent, suitability of technical expertise methodology in the delivery of the service, contractor whs systems, availability, and local contractor.
Contractor must have necessary skills, expertise, and WHS systems. the necessary skills and expertise to be able to competently supply the scope of works and contractor whs questionnaire.
Retention 10% with release schedule. a portion of each progress payment, equivalent to 10% of the value of work completed exclusive of GST, shall be retained by council and 50% of the accumulated retention money shall be released upon practical completion subject to all obligations being met to that stage, with the remaining 50 released at the expiry of the defects liability period 12 months.
No mandatory site visit; requests welcome. there is no mandatory site visit for these works but requests for a site visit during the tender period are welcome.
