Tenders must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 24 June 2026.
The tenderer shall state the proposed lease price per annum. A bank guarantee of six months' rent will be required. Services are to be connected directly with the suppliers by the successful tenderer. The tenderer will be responsible for payment of all rates and charges levied on the premises.
In submitting a tender, the tenderer warrants that it has carried out all relevant investigations and has examined and acquainted itself with the contents of the tender documents and all information relevant to the risks, contingencies and other circumstances that could affect the tender.
