The Port of Townsville is seeking an EDRMS solution and implementation services, including design, configuration, training, support, and migration from legacy systems like TechnologyOne ECM and Objective. The criteria against which the tenderers offer will be evaluated includes: insurance compliance, modern day slavery, previous performance and/or referee reports verified, completion of the functional requirement document, completion of cyber security checklist, client referees, local content within 125km of goods, services being delivered, social procurement, capability and experience, delivery and support, quality and compliance, sustainability environmental initiatives, solution and functional alignment, data migration approach, implementation methodology and transition approach, cyber security, privacy and data sovereignty.
