The tender is for slashing and vegetation control on sealed roads in the Katherine Eastern Region for 36 months with a 12-month extension option. The closing date is November 11, 2025. The tender requires the completion of separate tender response schedules. The assessment criteria include completeness, local content, past performance, risk, and price. An Indigenous Development Plan is required within 14 days of contract award. The contractor must submit monthly reports, including an Indigenous Development Report, and maintain Konect data logs. The contractor must provide a preworks condition report, slashing and spraying schedule, daily work logs, postcompletion report, and quality assurance documentation. The contractor must implement all traffic management in accordance with the approved traffic management plan. The contractor is responsible for conducting quality checks, testing, and keeping comprehensive records of completed works. The contractor must provide warranties for workmanship and manufacturers and/or suppliers warranties for products used in the works, in the name of the principal. The contractor must provide evidence by submitting before and after with photos showing date stamp of daily cleaning of plant and vehicles. The contractor must provide a register showing the tmp and a list of the tgss to be used for the project.
