The bid evaluation criteria include customer service experience and capacity, tendered prices, level of risk, environmental management and quality management systems, local economic benefit and social inclusion, details of current and previous relevant experience, staff resources, provision of services by subcontractors, timeframe for completion, demonstrated experience in completing similar services, current and future agreements workload, warranties and guarantees, degree of compliance with requirements, insurance, compliance with work, health, and safety requirements, and financial resources.

Each tenderer must, if applicable, be licensed or registered to perform the services.
