Tenderers must demonstrate experience managing at least 50 commercial, industrial, or retail properties in Sydney, possess the capability and resources to manage all asset types, have extensive experience managing government property portfolios, and have office locations in both Sydney CBD and the Sydney metropolitan area.
Tenderers may be disqualified for communicating directly or indirectly with Sydney Metro officers without authorization, or for engaging in collusive or anti-competitive practices.
